👤 User Obligations
By using our services you agree to:
- ✅ Provide accurate and complete information when ordering
- ✅ Use subscriptions only for personal use unless stated otherwise
- ✅ Not share account credentials with others
- ✅ Not use subscriptions for illegal or unauthorized purposes
- ✅ Not attempt to resell subscriptions purchased from us
- ✅ Comply with the terms of the original software provider
⛔ Prohibited Activities
- ❌ Sharing or reselling purchased subscriptions
- ❌ Using subscriptions for commercial resale purposes
- ❌ Attempting to hack or manipulate the subscription accounts
- ❌ Providing false information to obtain refunds
- ❌ Chargebacks without first contacting our support team
- ❌ Using our services for any illegal activity
💳 Payments
We accept the following payment methods:
All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR). Prices may change without prior notice. Payment must be completed before subscription delivery.

All subscriptions are delivered digitally via WhatsApp or Telegram within 30 minutes of payment confirmation. Delivery times may vary during peak hours but we always aim for instant delivery.

Subskart is an independent reseller and is not affiliated with or endorsed by any of the software companies whose products we sell. All product names, logos and brands are property of their respective owners.
We cannot guarantee uninterrupted service as subscriptions depend on third party providers. However we provide free replacement if any issues occur.
⚖️ Limitation of Liability
Subskart shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific subscription in question.

🏛️ Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Uttar Pradesh, India.
