Acceptance of terms
SubsKart provides digital subscriptions, OTT plans, AI tools, and related services at discounted prices. Placing an order confirms that you have read and agree to these terms, our refund policy, and our privacy policy.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping any credentials we deliver confidential. Sharing a plan beyond its allowed number of users may cause suspension by the original provider, andSubsKart cannot be held responsible for the resulting lockout. Provide accurate contact details so we can deliver and support your order.
Orders & delivery
Most subscriptions are delivered within minutes via WhatsApp or email. Delivery time depends on the product, provider, and current queue. SubsKart reserves the right to cancel any order before delivery, in which case a full refund is issued to the original payment source.
Some products support pay-after-activation, where you complete payment only after your plan is live. Eligibility is shown on the product page.
Payments & pricing
Payment is handled directly in WhatsApp after you submit your order. Our team sends the bill and available payment details in the chat. Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Discounts and offers may change without notice and are subject to stock availability.
Licences & usage
Each subscription is delivered under the terms set by its original provider. SubsKartfacilitates access to genuine plans at lower prices but does not own the underlying services. Any plan-specific limits (number of screens, region restrictions, device limits) are governed by the provider's own policy.
Prohibited use
You agree not to:
- Reselling, sublicensing or publicly sharing a plan bought on SubsKart.
- Using a subscription for commercial bulk automation or spam.
- Attempting to reverse-engineer, crack, or redistribute credentials.
- Using a plan for unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent activity.
- Transferring or selling your SubsKart account to a third party.
Violations may result in order cancellation, account suspension, and forfeiture of store credit without refund.
Intellectual property
All brand names, logos, and trademarks shown on SubsKart belong to their respective owners and are used only for identification. Site content, design, pricing structure, and original copy are the property of SubsKart and may not be copied without permission.
Warranty & liability
- SubsKart is a reseller of digital subscriptions and is not affiliated with the original service providers unless stated.
- Plans are delivered as described on the product page; availability depends on the third-party provider.
- We are not liable for downtime, price changes, or feature changes made by the original provider.
- Our maximum liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Changes to these terms
SubsKart may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted means you accept the revised terms. The date above reflects the last revision.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.
